I drove less than 3 miles from my home to Metta-Zen, and I left Erika feeling like I’ve been to another planet! ? As a fellow bodyworker (reflexologist), I know the importance of taking care of myself so that I can give the very best care to my clients. If you don’t know what Metta and Zen mean, look them up. Erika embodies this, and I am so happy to discover her practice.

Street location is accurate. On the right side of the building and to the right when you go inside the door next to Angela Salon.Erika was amazing! She was prompt and comforting and adjusted to my needs. She was very thorough and comforting. She asked necessary questions and listened well. The experience was dream-like and not just because I was so relaxed from my massage! The environment was perfect from lighting to a very comforting and moody setting. Soft materials on a heated table. Thank you Erika for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for this momma of five!

Erika has done an amazing job with my neck and shoulder issues! Just two sessions and I can turn my head fully to the right, and look over my shoulder without pain. It's been several years since I've been able to do that. Magic hands!
