Shared a memory today, was blown away by your funeral home's major emphasis on "memory gifts" for those that passed. It was over the top and in your face. To me, most unprofessional. I'll stick with Summersett.
My father recently passed unexpectedly on March 9, 2022. He was a veteran and due to a stroke was at the VA nursing home. My brother and I had a horrible experience with the funeral home that took care of my mother when she passed. Lyerly funeral did more than meet our expectations, they exceeded our expectations. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and that they truly cared about my fathers death. The price was considerably less than other funeral homes in the area, and everything was beautiful and perfect. Today we lost one of your named Doc. I called Lyerly from the vet's office and they told me to go ahead and bring my pet to the offices. They escorted us room especially for pet cremations. They were so caring and compassionate. I love that they treated us as if he was a regular human member of the family. He nattered. It made everything easier during a hard time. I highly recommend them.
