Standing Bear log cabin restoration

Bob Gomer and his employee Parker Smoak did an amazing job? They did deep cleaning, caulking open cracks and staining of my log cabin. Bob was able to repair a door frame and it looks brand new. The deck was in need of refreshing and he repaired the damaged boards and stained the entire wrap around deck. Bob and Parker worked together as a team and complemented each other's skills. They are professional and respectful of your home. My cabin looks brand new! I highly recommend Standing Bear Log Cabins for any repair, remodel or staining.

Capt Bob did a great job with maintenance on our little log cabin in the woods. We weren't local at the time, but every day we received pictures and progress reports. Cabin looks great and is now well sealed from the weather. Expert work and highly recommended.

Capt Bob and his crew did a fantastic job restoring the rotten logs in our 150 year old cabin. included in our project was a rock veneer all around the bathtub which turned out great. He even included custom splash guards and a shelf we didn't ask for but are very much appreciated. The old rock chimney was pulling away from the outside wall of the cabin. He restored and stabilized it in such a way that you would never know any modern work had been done. Besides being a very gifted craftsman Capt. Bob is a delightful man to know. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him!!
