This practice provided us with the utmost compassion, kindness, and stellar service last month. Our beloved dog was in crisis and our regular vet was unable to help. I left a tearful voicemail on a Friday night with this office hoping to get in the following morning to help our girl over the Rainbow Bridge. I was stressed and distraught and amazed that Erin, the sweet receptionist, called ME back right before the clinic opened the following morning to welcome our business. We were met with a kind and organized staff that clearly cared about our girl and us. We were seen promptly although there was a waiting room full of people and pets. We're new to the area & decided to try this vet for our dogs. The vet & staff were very friendly & they took very good care of our fur babies. Everything was clearly explained to us & we were given ample opportunity to ask questions. I was very pleased with my first experience here.
All of our pups and kits for the last 17 years have been patients of Rutherford Vet hospital. They have show skill, reason, and utmost care for all of them.
