We boarded our German Shepherd here, and the experience was awful. Something felt off from the moment we dropped him off, and I should have listened to my gut.
When we arrived to pick him up after three days, the facility was disgusting, and our dog looked completely depressed, ears tucked, sad, and clearly not himself. He is normally a happy, social dog who loves everyone, so seeing him like that was upsetting.
They instructed us to bring our own food, which we did. When we picked him up, the food bowl we packed was still full, which left us wondering if he was even being fed. Their website also says to bring your dog’s favorite toy for comfort, but they never even gave it to him. His toy was still in the bag exactly as we left it, and his dog bed was still sitting in the chair where I placed it at drop-off.
To make matters worse, he smelled so bad when we got home that we had to give him a bath immediately.
If you love your animals, please think twice before bringing them here. It may be cheap, but cheap comes with a price. I hate that I ignored my instincts.

We’ve been boarding our dog at Rosey Lane for years and wouldn’t think of taking him anywhere else! They take great care of him, so we never have to worry about him while we’re on vacation. It’s such a comforting feeling to know that he’s happy and safe when he’s not with us.

We bring our Great Pyrenees, Jack, monthly for baths and a couple times a year for boarding. We have always been highly satisfied with the care Jack receives!!!

Went to pick up my pups after several days at Rosy Lane Boarding. I was there at designated time. When I walked in office I could hear a power washer being used in the kennel area. I paid my bill and the lady who was working the office went to get my dogs.
As my dogs were brought out, my husky (Diesel) bee-lined to the door and scratched at it. He and his brother, the boxer (Dexter) wanted out...now. I noticed that the legs and belly of my white husky were soaking wet and looked very dirty and that neither dog smelled good.
Since both dogs appeared stressed, I got them outside as quickly as I could and put them in my car. That's when I smelled urine and realized Diesel was not just wet but he was soaked in pee. My 12 year old, white husky was saturated in urine!
I was very upset and turned to go back to the office and find out what made them think this was acceptable. As I opened the gate to go back in, Diesel and Dexter went bananas! They were barking and scratching at the windows of my car, jumping around and I was afraid they'd hurt themselves. So, I got in the car and left.
I called the facility and the woman who answered told me that Diesel was wet because they were cleaning the kennels...when I asked if they typically left animals in kennels when they cleaned and if they just sprayed the urine and feces toward a drain and if an animal was in the way, then they were wet with their own waste? She offered a free bath the next day. Sadly, I was unable to hold my tongue and asked if she thought I should let my dog lay soaked in "pi**" overnight? I then hung up.
2 minutes later, my phone rang and it was the owner. He was unapologetic, took no responsibility and told me that my dog had been like that when I dropped him off.
Funnily enough I had taken my dogs for pup cups at a local business before I dropped them off...no one remembers my dogs being dirty...I asked.
In addition, the groomer, who was so kind and took such wonderful care of Diesel, took 1 look at him and guessed where he had been. Apparently Diesel was the 3rd dog from this facility she had been called upon to help.
This boarding facility is horrible! Do not take your animals here.

Absolutely recommend this place for grooming and boarding! They took care of my baby golden doodle (Tucker) for 5 days and also groomed him. He looks amazing and was well taken care of! Highly recommend this place!

I hesitate to write this review because I have heard the owners vulgarity when his establishment has been put into question. He does not take criticism well So, I fully expect retaliation. We left our dog there for 10 days. Our dog had just been to the vet 2 weeks prior. Was a healthy weight. And was given a clean bill of health. When picked up, he was skin and bones, emaciated, with sores all over his legs. My husband rushed him to the vet. He was given antibiotics and trauma care. They had to give him high protein food. He will have to spend the day tomorrow at the vets for more treatments. Thousands of dollars.
We understand our dog is the nervous type.
If he wasn’t eating and drinking and things were going badly. Ok. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call. We or someone would have come got him.
But you don’t just leave an animal to die like that.
One more day. And he would probably would not be with us because of this place. All they had to do was call.
