EmergeOrtho: Foothills Region, established in 1999 through the merger of three orthopaedic practices, is one of North Carolina's largest orthopaedic practices focused on patient-centered care. Patients report very good experiences, highlighting the friendly and caring staff. It is easy to make appointments with options for more than one location. The staff provides great customer service and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Daley is a great doctor, very easy to talk to, and shows interest in what you have to say. Kyle is also an awesome doctor. The facility has great people and provides wonderful, supportive care with kindness, especially for knee injuries and injections.
Everyone was kind and helpful when I went to EmergeOrtho. My appointment was at 9:15. I only waited, maybe 3 minutes to be called to go see the Scott Fox. Scott Fox came into the room. He was welcoming to me and my husband. He listened to my concerns and addressed with professionalism.
Shane asked questions about my pain and what I had already done myself and with our primary care provider. He listened and picked up from there, unlike some past experiences where every provider goes back to square one. Thanks!
I put my trust in Dr Tolbert because he's been very honest and helpful to me. He answers my questions with clarity and patience. Everyone is very nice and work with a caring/professional atmosphere. Also I want to add I've never met a nicer and caring person than the receptionist, (Melony). She did everything in her power to help me get in to be seen asap.
