The best customer service starts from the phone call to Cooks main office yesterday. The staff person that answered the phone ( and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was the most pleasant and nicest guy. He talked through things with me so friendly, calmly and professionally, that it made me feel great about calling in. He assigned us someone to come service our unit on our time. The next morning we had our heat pump serviced by the nicest tech. Brian was outstanding and extremely professional. Thank you everyone at Cook's! We truly appreciated all our services- you guys are outstanding!

We can’t recommend Cooks enough. They were able to get our heat restored right before the snow storm two weeks ago. The technicians were honest and kind. Another business just told us we needed a new unit and didn’t bother calling back until after the storm. We will use Cooks from here on out and refer our friends to Cooks! Thank you again!

I’ve been using Cook’s heating and cooling for the past 5 years. They’ve serviced my residence as well as my commercial building. Highly recommend. Josh is extremely professional and has a knack for attention to detail. Communication, quality work, and prompt service calls!!!
