We are renting to own a building and have had them come out 4x to fix it! It is still leaking in the same place. We spoke to Tiffany at 123 sheds, she said she could not help us. Said that we need to call the people that we have it financed through. We were transferred back-and-forth between three numbers and no one could give us a definitive answer. I am so frustrated with this company and if I could give it zero stars at this point I would because no one seems to have an answer.

Wish there were a way to give negative stars!!!! Bought and paid in full an 8 x 8 shed in April. I had just moved. Thomas said he would be helpful and make sure the shed was placed on my property. I asked several times if he had checked my property lines. He even acknowledged he had when he came to check the wetness of the ground. He placed my shed too far back and on my neighbor’s property on April 15. I started asking him on April 19 to please come move the shed. His reply was, I’ll need to get the mule from “Roger”. We exchanged texts and a phone call or two. He never showed up. He quit receiving my calls and stopped replying to my text on May 21.... read full review

My experience was awesome BECAUSE of Shelby!!! It was a bummer week, for me. I think she could tell. Came in at the last minute, needed an UHaul immediately, not sure how long. Needless to say, Shelby came to my rescue. Problem solved! Thank you, Shelby! You are THE best!
