Everything went fine, any problems arose, they took care of it immediately. Normally, I have to wait a couple of days before someone returns my call.These guys jump on it right away and take care of things. The guys I met on the job were polite, professional and didn't mind getting dirty. You can always tell by the clothes who's getting in there and actually working. Great customer service by Nick and Allen for my recent installation of a Heil unit that replaced my 28 year old Carrier unit. The installation team did a great job installing the new unit in 1 day. I appreciate the prompt response sending Eric out when I reported the new system was not blowing cold air when the installation was complete. Eric arrived very quickly and did a great job checking the unit and adding more refrigerant to the system as well as checking the pressure on it to make sure it is working correctly. Great customer service all the way through the process. Called about installing a mini split in our master bedroom and Allen came out within hours to talk with us and look at situation. We had a quote that afternoon. Installation was within a week. Installers were great!!! Please with the work and system. Would highly recommend.
