It went completely horrible. Bill took doors off the hinges, did not reinstall them. Installed new flooring on top of old flooring, even leaving the transition pieces underneath the new flooring. Never reinstalled the molding around the base boards. He was either late or did not show at all. After being paid, he disappeared and has everyone blocked. He did not finish the work that was invoiced out by him. This guy is a complete con and took advantage of my mother. His excuse for not coming back was his wife has cancer and is sick. please do not hire this man for anything he will rip you off and never finish the job he is not insured or bonded-he will promise you the world and brag and brag but reviews on BBB and other websites (negative) speak for themselves - stay away!!!
