    When I first started the insurance claim process, I thought that it was going to be very time consuming and painful. Randy called the insurance company with me and I gave them permission to speak with them and he handled everything from there so, I could get back to work. After that, the process went pretty quickly. B&C roofing was there when the insurance company came and answered any questions that they had, B&C stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process to answer any questions that I had.     Easy to work with and explained the process and options beforehand; Randy schooled me and brought me up to speed in familiar terms. Roofing options were laid out clearly and I found that sometimes the most expensive option isn’t necessarily what is best! The finished product is beautifully done and the B&C team worked with my insurance to cover the storm damage that was evident. The owning family is local and been in business around Durham for a long time. Recommended!
