The people are very nice and I truly believe this is an honest mistake. I received my glasses today, come home to put them on… there is no prescription in them. Completely can’t see out of them. Upsetting. Will update review if this is solved quickly.
Update! They are on top of things at this location. They are fixing the issue no problem :)

My husband and I have been going here for years and have had a wonderful experience every time! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Dr.Merckle explains everything very clearly and creates a nice atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Dr. Merckle and his staff provided great care in a comfortable and clean setting. I went two weeks ago and they quickly improved my vision. My family and I highly recommend North Wake Eye Care!
