“I had my breast reduction surgery with Dr. Law on January 8, 2025 and could not be more pleased. I met more criteria than typically required by insurance to get the procedure covered; however once I found Dr. Law I had no desire to search further for a surgeon and I abandoned any potential opportunity for insurance coverage of the procedure.
I am a retired physician who owned my own practice. I was highly driven to provide multidimensional excellence in caring for my patients and I recognize the commitment it takes to accomplish that.
My entire experience from consultation to pre-op preparation to surgery to post-op recovery was of the utmost quality. Being a bit obsessive-compulsive, I loved the surgical binder provided with all the information that was verbally reviewed, and which I could review as many times as I wanted before and after surgery. I was invited repeatedly to call and/or email with any questions or concerns before and/or after surgery, always with prompt response from a nurse. I also appreciated the very professional and caring email communications from Dr. Law after my consultation and post-op appointments.
On their post-op assessment form provided to patients to fill out in evaluating their experience, you are invited to report them to The Joint Commission if at any time you have concerns about the safety or quality of care provided to you. I have never seen that on an evaluation form before. Joint Commission is a big deal! That communicates a superior level of confidence and certainty about the excellence of care provided.
Dr Law is meticulous in his technique and masterful in his artistry. The attention to cleanliness and infection control was top notch.
I love my aesthetic result! It is the icing-on-the-cake of the relief I sought and obtained from the procedure. I just wish I had done it years ago.
