I was having trouble with my septic and was referred by a friend to Alford Septic Solutions. TJ came out today and jetted three lines, and found that the fourth had been cut by a trencher at some point. They dug up the damaged pipe and repaired it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. In and out in about 2 hours and charged a very reasonable fee.
The alarm went off on our septic pump. They were able to come out the next day. It turns out the bobber that sets off the alarm had got tangled up with another bobber due to debris/water level getting high(I forgot what the proper term is for them). They rehung the bobbers so they shouldn't get tangled up again, ensured the pump was working correctly as well as the septic lines to the tank, and checked the tank levels. Excellent service for a great price. Highly recommend.
