Had a flip Z4 and the screen went dark. Purchased a flip 7 and carried phone to have all the data transferred over to the new phone. Josh was a life saver. He was able to transfer everything over without losing anything. Dropped the phone off around 10:30am and he was calling around 2ish the same day to say it was ready for pick up. Thanks again Josh for the outstanding job on fixing this. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.
