I can’t think Riverside Veterinary Hospital enough for their kindness, love, support, and compassion that they have shown to me. They weren’t even my fur babies vet, but they fit Stetson in when I needed an appointment and no one else would take him. They broke the news to me of his failing kidneys with such compassion. They were respectful and caring when it came to having to finally lay my boy to rest. ? I’ll never forget how compassionate they were to me.
They made such an impact on me, that I have decided that my girls will now be taken there from now on for all their veterinarian care.
The staff at RVH are top-notch and provides A-plus service. Dr. Meachem Tucker knows my pet’s history when she walks in the room, and she treats my pet and me with sensitivity and respect. Staff member Devon is great to talk to and she keeps me posted throughout the day when my pet is dropped off for treatment. I have been a customer for close to 15 years.
My Shih-tzu required immediate care and they took her in same-day. Forward to a month later, my dog had fleas someway somehow. I needed a script for flea prevention, and they had it readily available for pick up. I love their prompt service! Kaitlyn was a great help as well!
