Patients feel heard and seen, without being judged. The doctors, including Dr. Hairston, are attentive, professional, and informative. Some patients have experienced wait times of at least 30 minutes in the lobby. However, the staff's kindness and professionalism make up for this. Patients appreciate the care they receive and feel comfortable with their visits and procedures. The medical center is a recommended spot for ongoing care, with staff like Bria providing helpful and respectful service. Overall, OIC Family Medical Center provides a positive experience for its patients.
This was the 1st time I’ve been to the doctor in over a decade for a routine check-up! No, I don’t trust typical doctors. The ladies here made me feel welcome! From the check in to the, lab work, and background info, to the actual check up, I felt heard and seen. I didn’t feel judged. PAC Gathers and all the ladies were so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling lighter and educated. I’m definitely making this my first spot for ongoing care!! Thank you!!
PA Gathers is very attentive and kind.
My son also sees the pediatrician here and she also makes sure all issues are addressed and the proper referrals are placed.
The women at the pharmacy are also so sweet and caring.
The only con here is you should expect at least a 30 minute wait time in the lobby.
Today was my first visit with OIC FAMILY Medical. I love my visit Dr Hairston. She was very professional and informative . The people who work there are very pleasant and professional. I recommend this this Medical Center 😀
