This was my first time building a home, and I am so glad that I chose to do it with Mitchell Homes. Jeff, at the Rocky Mount, NC office, was my New Home Consultant. He was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, friendly, and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the Mitchell Homes building process. And regarding the building process, let me add, Mitchell Homes is like no other! They help the customer to save tons of money by building on their land without the need for a costly construction loan. They make every effort to remain on the timeline they provide. Great people to work with. Jeff, who helped us with choosing our house plan and making changes was great and I cannot say enough positive things about Joe Carboni. He is very customer oriented and strives to insure things are done like they should be. He is awesome. Our first time building a home and a great experience.
The program this company offers is AMAZING!! Mitchell Homes covers the cost of construction until after the home is built and closed - saving the homeowner thousands of dollars upfront!! Filling the gap between reality and a dream come true!
