My toilet had a really bad clog that I just could not work out, so I called Mills Plumbing (my first time using them). The gentleman was very courteous on the phone, and arrived in a timely manner. Once arrived, he was both professional and very friendly. His personality and quick work was definitely a big win during a frustrating situation. After several weeks of trying to find a plumber, I called Mr Mills on a Sunday around 1:30pm. He said it would be either that day or monday, depending on how late he was on his previous job.He messaged and said it would be tommorow, because he didn't want to dig in the dark. It is now monday, he showed up before 9am, (after driving the hour it took to get here), dug the hole, replaced the line that needed repair, and it took less than an hour.In the time it took to repair, he was cordial, and a real joy to be around. He never sugar coated, and he never stopped working. Would use him again, and recommend him whole heartedly.

Hot water heater went out and needed replacing. After reaching out to several companies I quickly learned that it was going to take days to get someone out here to install it.When I contacted Mills he was very friendly and willing to come out that same day. Given the short notice he took the time to look over pics I sent him to ensure he had the correct parts before arriving.Upon arrival they quickly removed the old unit and installed the new one. They double checked their work, explained everything, and left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived.I was highly impressed with his professionalism and work ethic.
