Joyner's Heating & Air Conditioning

Can't say enough good things about Joyner's. We had high electric bills all winter, and on warmer days our AC was taking forever to cool the house down. Another company had already been out and tried to sell us a brand new system for $24,000.

Joyner's came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it resolved the same day at a very fair price. The office also followed up multiple times to make sure everything was still working correctly. Honest, responsive, and they clearly care about doing right by their customers. Highly recommend.

During the recent snowstorm in Rocky Mount NC in January’26 I began to feel cold in the house; checked thermostat and it was as 5 degrees lower than the setting and cold air was blowing out of the vent(s). It kept getting lower. This was a Saturday evening. I was able to use a friends space heater that Sunday but my home temp got down to 29 degrees Saturday night. I called one HVAC Co and was told since I was not a regular customer would be 2-4 days before could get to me. My cousin recommended Joyner’s. I called them. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Joyner’s! I’ve needed their services twice now and every experience with them is effortless and pleasant. Martin is so nice and took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain exactly what was going on with my heating system issue. It’s nice to support a local company who treats customers so well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
