I went into JC Pennys Salon Rocky Mount, NC one Saturday, met Shaista and asked her to fix my hair. Shaista also listens to understand your concerns. I appreciate the attention to detail and effort she puts forth to meet the needs of her clients.

Shiasta’s gives amazing service on each of my visits. She cares about your hair. Never has there been a time that I have not been totally pleased with her. I have been coming to her for 4 years.
