As far as the front desk experience, this needs to be addressed. The young lady that waited on us tried to call to verify my Dad’s insurance one time and she was calling the incorrect number and it was closed. She then tells me that I would have to pay out of pocket due to not being able to verify insurance. I had to show her the correct number and website to verify and then it popped up. By this time we were already 40 mins into the appt. If I had not spoken up she would not have tried any other information on the card and I would have been paying out of pocket fees when my Dad has really good insurance. This needs to get better!”
