All of these 5-star reviews are well deserved. We had great experience with CarolinaTrophy roofs. After recent, heavy rains we found water dripping through our living room ceiling. I called 3 other companies and no one bothered to return my call. Then I called . CarolinaTrophy and I received a quick call back! Austin came right out that day and went up on the roof, looking for trouble. He found some soft spots and used a garden hose to try to replicate the problem , but no leak could be found. he proposed to do a serious repair for a reasonable sum, if the leak returns. We contacted Carolina Trophy Roofs for damage due to a tree hitting our home. They were very quick to send someone out to provide an estimate for the damage and the representative was kind and fast. We were given our estimate quickly. When we signed the contract the total was going to be higher than originally estimated but since we had already been told a lower price they allowed us to pay the lower amount which we were grateful. The work was done while I was not home so I didn't have interactions with the roofers directly. The roof looks great and so do the gutters. I did have some issues with communication about start times and arrival times of work to be done.... read full review
