The employees and veterinary technician were very helpful, sympathetic, and supportive during my last visit with my elderly dog. They were able to make room for my walk-in appointment and give me valuable options and feedback regarding her health and well-being. I will be sure to support their office and suggest them to anyone that needs a veterinarian for any beloved pets. Thank you for the hard work and understanding while going through a trying time in me and my families lives.

I took my cat in on 10/01/2024 to hav her spayed. I paid $175.00 3 hours after we got her home, 2 of her stitches opened. She was bleeding and in severe pain. I took my cat to Animal ER in Wilson. The ER had to sedate my cat to restitch her. I had to pay the ER $300.00. Plus the ER gave her a antibiotic PLUS pain med. Coats is my normal vet, but Coats is much higher in cost. I would hav saved money if I had gone to Coats. I feel like Benvenue should reimburse me the extra $300 I had to spend due to their mistake.

My sheepadoodle was spayed a week ago. All of the communication was great up until surgery day. The facility seemed well organized. You complete consent forms and pay electronically in advance. The reason I'm giving three stars is due to them shaving my dog much more than what it appears was needed. In the pic you can see the incision is really low on her belly, yet she's shaved on both sides up high onto her side. The explanation was that she had some matted hair in the area needing surgery. However, there is no incision anywhere near the shaved area. I expected her to be shaved in the area of incision. Not happy at all about this.

Took my beloved fur baby here almost 2 weeks ago to get something looked at. The vet was amazing & so was his assistant. But, I was told it is mandatory for my dog to get a rabies vaccine. Because of the urgent situation I was in, I agreed. She got her shot. And it caused an alarming reaction, which may have not been alarming if I was told the healing process with the vaccination. So, I took her to her usual vet (as I only went to Benvenue because her usual vet was too full) & they were very confused as to why this office says it was a mandatory thing. Luckily her reaction and healing process is ok.
The vet was amazing, my dog gets so scared at the vet and needs patience to work with her, the vet and his assistant did amazing with that.
