Great place for sick calls, wellchild check-ups, and referrals! The facilities are all clean and my children look forward to seeing the friendly faces.

“Dr.” Karen Howard believes the father should not have to “babysit” for mother to work. Mothers should stay home.My son watched me go through Domestic Violence with his father. I granted supervised visits, but he regressed! Stop talking AND WALKING & all she asked was “is it court ordered?” Acting as if I’m just trying to be malicious.Went multiple times about my son not eating nothing but stage 1&2 baby food for 15 months. Told me she put a referral in for a speech therapist for eating, I believe she only told me that to shut me up because I still haven’t gotten a call in over 3 months. She gives ridiculous treatment/ solutions, and never has tried to get to the bottom of any underlying issues my son may have !She has over looked many of my concerns for the entirety of my son’s life. THE NURSES ARE BETTER DOCTORS THAN THIS WOMAN!

The office experience is always pleasant and well maintained. The staff are always so caring. My daughter loves playing with the books and toys while we wait.

The receptionist is amazing! All the doctors seem to be great. Most are willing to listen to all my concerns, which I have had many! The nurses have all been wonderful. Every time I go in, the office is clean. Can be very busy in the mornings for walk ins, but for appointments, I have almost no wait time when we are there.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Dr Mabry was AMAZING! He very quickly diagnosed my child's issue and was able to prescribe not only medication but also some at home steps I could take to alleviate the problem. He is incredibly wise and is an asset to this clinic. So thankful to have met him today.

The staff and providers have always been good to me and all 3 of my children (ages 21, 17 and 5)! They have always went to Purcell Clinic (Laurinburg and now Rockingham). This afternoon after school, I got a call that my son was complaining of his ear hurting and with his history of ear infections, I called to see if there was anyway possible they could see him and they told me to bring him on. And of course was told his ear looked bad. So very thankful for the nurse, receptionist and Mrs. Susanne Presley for seeing my little guy!

They don’t even deserve one star! Be careful bringing your children here!.. very unprofessional office. They have also been reported to the state for the way they practice within this office! Be alert.. Highly disgusted with Purcell as a whole!

The doctor/ NP seems okay. The receptionist or whatever her title is named Kimmie/Kimmy needs to improve on her bedside manner. That smart aleck attitude of hers isn’t good for business. I couldn’t edit the other review so I decided to create another one. I used the word alicyclic due to auto correct. Not intended

Good Doctors for these parts. They dress up their staff and seems to be have checks and balances there. Unfortunately, while the rooms are clinical, the place is only cleaned ONCE a week and is very dirty. Nurses don't want to clean because they are nurses, and too busy for that. Well, if you need somewhere quick and local this is the place. Just be ready to be sick for a week or two after each visit. Floors, Tables, Chairs, Sinks, Door handles, Switches all very dirty, because well it only cleaned once a week during a pandemic. How about that?

My children's medicine is never sent to the right pharmacy even though I let them know which one to send it to some nurses are very rude so it causes you to be rude I mean goodness we're already dealing with a sick child no need to add rudeness towards it I used to like going here but now I really hate to take my children here
