Smoky Mountain Smiles provides excellent professional service with a knowledgeable, caring, and friendly staff, making dental experiences pleasant. Patients report always having a great experience, noting the very professional and caring service. The office is super clean, and the staff is helpful, quick, and professional, extending hospitality to all. The dentist is very reasonably priced, gentle, and all the staff are super sweet and kind, creating an environment free of the usual drama. The practice is filled with re-nice people who are honest and do their best. The entire staff is AMAZING, kid-friendly, and the doctors are the best, making children love going to the dentist.
They are absolutely great here! I was a very nervous patient but they explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me. The whole team here is extremely professional and personable.
Today was my first appointment with Smoky Mountain Smiles. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. The office is beautiful and very well kept. I have been a dental hygienist for the past 24 years in Asheville and recently retired and moved to the area and am working in a federally qualified dental clinic to serve the children of the county, and being the only hygienist there I needed to find a place to have my own teeth cleaned. It was so nice to find a dental office in such a remote location to be so up to date.
