I had to wait another week to get them to come back to install but they accommodated me which I appreciated.Cain and Travis were the two technicians who came to install the unit, and they did a decent job and kept my kitchen floor clean by laying down protective padding. They were fairly quick but thorough, and made sure the unit came on and working. Overall, I'm pleased so far with the unit and installation.“
