I purchased a whirlpool oven/microwave wall unit from Lowes. They had Heaton Construction scheduled who came to measure. I had to wait another week to get them to come back to install but they accommodated me which I appreciated.Cain and Travis were the two technicians who came to install the unit, and they did a decent job and kept my kitchen floor clean by laying down protective padding. They were fairly quick but thorough, and made sure the unit came on and working. Overall, I'm pleased so far with the unit and installation.

Lowe’s home improvement contracted the installation of my hot water heater out to this company. They did a fantastic job. After the installation was complete and everything was working, I received a call from their quality control department informing me that they wanted to stop by and double check that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. That is excellent customer service. I hope I have the pleasure to deal with them again.

Our first microwave that we had installed from Lowe’s did not work from day 1. Although it was a mess getting it replaced, Derrick with HCI was very professional and ensured the replacement worked before he left our building. Appreciate his thoroughness!
