have never in my life seen such exceptional service in ANY industry. My family and I were on vacation when my upstairs HVAC system failed and destroyed the insulation and ceiling in my baby’s room. I made one phone call to Servpro of Roanoke Rapids and within a few minutes they were already there. We arrived home yesterday and if I didn’t know or hadn’t seen it before. I would’ve never knew it even happened! The whole crew from the owner to the finishers were the MOST professional and courtesy people I’ve ever had to deal with. Servpro was the second company I contacted. Shane came out to assess my water damage.Shane was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then the mold remediation team came out led by Salvador.He was friendly, professional, and patient with answering all my questions that I probably had asked Shane before. The other two workers were friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They left everything safe and mold free. Thank you Servpro, Shane, and Salvador for the good work you do.
Salvador and team (Ms. Esperanza) were very courteous during our inspection. I am very appreciative of the information and care they provided while inspecting our home after an unexpected fire.
