I have been attending the RHG for years and my experience with Dr. Mamedi and Dr. Rabe were awesome. I loved them. I was assigned to a NP and I have never experienced what I'm experiencing now. My appointment was on a Tuesday and usually the doctor would send an E-Script to the pharmacy before I leave the office, and I would have a text that the Rx was sent. Now it's day number 2 and the NP has not sent the E-Script to the pharmacy yet. I have sent an email on the patient's portal and no one has responded and I've called and spoken to staff who indicated that they will get the nurse to remind the NP. This is not acceptable and nor is it professional. The care of the patients should be at a high priority and not sending in the prescriptions in a timely manner is not acceptable. Are we concerned about the patient's health and them feeling better or not. I am not pleased at all.

When I go to the rural health group clinic nurse comes to the door calls me back there goes to the exam room the nurse checked my blood pressure and then A1C check get a sample blood from my finger be taken to the lab then my doctor comes in check me out and get lab work done

Dissapointed. Customer Service & Accountability lacking. Nurse Sharon is great but the nurse I encountered is very rude. I will never return

Dr Cox is great goes above an beyond to keep his patients health. I am so appreciate that he is at HMS! He listens to you and is very knowledgeable. Has me, my husband and my adult daughter on track to becoming healthier individuals. If he ever leaves we will follow!

I have being going to my Dr for over fifteen years.My experience with Dr.Fiorrilli has being more then amazing His staff is very professional never had a bad experience there.He listen to you and he cares about his patience concerns.And he will make sure you get the best and possible care.He listen to you.And man of his professionalism is going be hard to replace him May God continue to bless him in his health and he can keep doing what he loves to do.
