Zero Star This Office needs to be heavily investigated due to Racism And Majorly The MEDICARE FRAUD That is Being Committed By There Administrator Carra Lane She Is In Fact Ordering Supplies Under A Few Specific Patients Names And The Patients Never Receive the Supplies and some of the supplies the patient has Never used at all still being ordered under there name and The Supplies are Distributed To other patients and Used For Office Supplies For Everyone .. Everyone knows that the time will come where we lose a loved one. However, we expect to be comforted and prepared when under the care of a hospice facility. This was far from the experience that we expected. There were a couple of times where they would promise that someone would come by and no-one would show up. We would have to continuously call to ASK for someone to come out rather than them being in reasonable contact with us throughout the week to see if there was anything that they could do. I wish I could give this company zero stars! They were trash when caring for my mother. I asked Elizabeth many questions and got a “that’s above my pay rate, I’ll get back to you” answer but you know what? I never heard back and 6 days later they (hospice) injected my mom with morphine and now she’s gone! I was in the process of finding a new nursing home for her because Pine forest rest home is trash! I called liberty hospice and asked who signed for this injection and the young lady told me but then wouldn’t answer anymore of my questions and told me I needed to talk to the nurse manager.
