This team has been taking care of my pets since I moved to the area 8 years ago. They are compassionate, supportive, informative, and have always done a great job with all my pets over the years. I highly recommend LCAH.

I don’t live in this area, I was driving through to TN with my two dogs when I spotted a turtle that has been hit by a car on the highway. The turtle had obvious signs of being fatally wounded, but sadly was very much alive still. I went to three vets to beg for help euthanizing the sad, suffering little guy. I was turned away from them all with no guidance on what to do next. By the time I got to Lake country, I was an emotional mess, and not only was I and this suffering turtle treated with understanding and compassion, they took him in free of charge for euthanasia (despite their policy of not taking in turtles for vet care). We recently had to have our sweet Westie put down and it was an extremely difficult experience but Dr. Parker and her staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were so caring and loving. They are the best .
