They are punctual, no waiting. Paperwork was reasonable. Because my hearing was better than I expected, I only had to do the first test. I do not need their devices at this time but will go back every few years for a check up.They were professional and fast.

I think HearingLife is a good fit for someone who is or has gradually lost their hearing over time. The receptionist and audiologist was very professional.My boyfriend and I really needed a specialist instead of going there but the audiologist took the time to explain the whole process. He even said he could be of more help after being seen by a specialist and wished us well.

I was skeptical of getting hearing aids. Only had them about 5 days now. At this stage I’m satisfied but these hearing aids may still need a little tweaking. I’m supposed to go back in about 10 days and expect things will be resolved. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I will give him a 10 on the scale of one to ten.
