I have been to Donna before and really enjoyed her. She is super easy to be around--kind, thoughtful, and attentive while being a generally happy soul. She focuses on what you ask her to focus on while also educating you more broadly about health issues. I especially appreciate her skills at dry needling. Most PT in the area is stuck in large chain establishments that make everything hard; I literally stopped seeing going to other PT places because the companies made it so hard to do appointments. We are lucky to have Donna in her own place now serving the area!
I highly recommend Dfender physical therapy. Donna is a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the muscles and how the body is connected. She will do everything she can to help you gain the strength you need to feel better.
