Our AC unit would not cool and called and was told were very busy and did not know when they would be here. Was concerned they would not make it that day but received phone call that they were on their way.Arrived and was very pleasant and repaired the unit with with refreshing cool air.Highly recommend for their service.

Our furnace went down at 6:30am. I started calling companies at 8am. I called a total of 4 and most told me they would add me to the list. Affordable looked up my address and told me the previous owner of my home had used them in the past so they would be there to help me. The technician showed up within a few hours and found the problem quickly. He had it fixed and running within an hour. He was friednly, efficient and told me I would receive a statement in a couple weeks; no payment needed today. What a blessing 3 days after Christmas!!
