Ryan was very pleasant and worked hard to resolve the problem with the split unit. He was very patient and coordinated with the technical department where the split unit was ordered until they were able to determine that a sensor went bad. We were very pleased with his work. Our renter was pleased with his service and was comfortable with the technician in her home.
