I know there are a few bad reviews on here for this office, but I need to rave about them. I have a lot of fear and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, because of that I have only been a handful of times as an adult (as of the time of this review I'm almost 40 years old).
This office has been AMAZING. Today I had to have a deep cleaning done and not only did they listen to me when I said I would need stronger anesthetic (otherwise I feel everything, hence the dental phobia) but the kind woman doing my cleaning even held my hand and let me squeeze her hand while Dr. OBrien administered the shots.
Comfy, welcoming and a homey vibe. There’s not a ton of drills going off and the office doesn’t have that dreaded smell of burnt tooth. The staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve actually liked literally two dentists my entire life and Dr O’Brien is one of them. I came there in discomfort, they got me in quickly and examined me and took X-rays and I had an immediate appointment to get extractions. His technique was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been while having an extraction. Tje most part they are a good group. Unfortunately my last visit will have to be my last visit. I was 12 minutes late for an appointment to have a filling and they refused to see me. No patients in the waiting room nor card in the parking lot. It was just sorry no one will see you. So no more visits for me.
