Tje most part they are a good group. Unfortunately my last visit will have to be my last visit. I was 12 minutes late for an appointment to have a filling and they refused to see me. No patients in the waiting room nor card in the parking lot. It was just sorry no one will see you. So no more visits for me.

I went into Dr. O'Brien's office unannounced yesterday morning when they were opening - with no appointment, and I wasn't a patient of his. My jaw was swollen with infection. I didn't ask for any special favors and was willing to wait as long as possible to be worked in. The receptionist,Tonya, an angel of mercy, worked me in almost immediately - on a Monday morning which I'm sure is usually an especially chaotic work day. In less than 30 minutes, I was getting an x-ray then seeing Dr. O'Brien, who is wonderful! He puts a patient at ease and shares information in clear, understandable terms. Great dentist that have been taking care of our family for years. Very friendly staff and helpful. Never had a problem in all the years that we have been going here. The only dentist my kids loved going to and was happy to have Dr. Obrien as their dentist again after moving back to the area.
