I highly recommend Billy's Painting and Repair Service. They painted my house recently and exceeded my expectations. The price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. They showed up when promised, kept me informed of their progress every step of the way and went the extra mile, applying two coats of paint and even replacing slats from had overhang that were damaged in Hurricane Florence two years ago. Best of all, I did not have to put up any money before the job was done. I am highly satisfied and would hire this company again.

Billy is a responsive and conscientious contractor. His costs are fair for quality work. And he is truly concerned with pleasing the customer. No nonsense and very professional. Billy has painted the interior and exterior for three of our houses. He is also knowledgeable about historic district requirements and the considerations for a beach environment. Quality work every time. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
