Was the worst experience of ever getting my hair done? I came home and cried all day. My hair looks so bad now that I’m having to wear a hat until the color grows out some where I can put another color on it. I’m just glad I did not pay for it. The first picture is what I asked for the second picture is the result. I tried to contact her and ask if we could fix it and she hung the phone up on me.
