I placed an order at another florist in town and they forgot,I found this out about an hour before my sister's memorial service. I was really upset. I was refered to creative florist to see if they could help. I explained my situation and the lady that works there went above and beyond for me. She made me a beautiful arrangement within 15 minutes. It really meant alot to me and my family to have the flowers at the service. I am very grateful to this florist. I would highly recommend them.

I am from West Virginia, I contacted a local florist in North Carolina to place an order for flowers to be delivered from my mother to my sister.
