Clients feel comfortable and at ease during their services, which include brow sculpting, tinting, waxing, and facials. The process is so relaxing that clients almost fall asleep. The professional communicates consistently, explains what will work best, and makes sure clients are okay and comfortable with the shape before starting. Brows come out clean, defined, and crispy. Clients love their results and are so impressed they plan to become regulars, rebooking for monthly services. The service is top tier, and clients feel taken care of, as if visiting a bestie.

Rachelle did an absolutely beautiful job on my eyebrows today! I’ve never gotten my eyebrows tinted but the color turned out perfect and I highly recommend! she makes the process super smooth and comfortable, and gives lots of suggestions which I loved!
