Absolutely the worst in customer service!! I had been a regular consistent client and always schedule my appointments before I leave the facility and put it on my calendar...every 4 weeks to be exact. So I go and I'm scheduled 8 weeks out instead of my 4....why? Apparently they made a scheduling mistake... Mistakes happen but the dry apology and not taking the responsibility for your mistake is what gets me. I service clients all the time and if they are unhappy or a mistake is made I always except responsibility sometimes even if I was correct. Purchased a product told that it would not expire and I could make it now they're stating that it will expire and that they cannot accommodate appointments because you're booked out six weeks out a total rip off do not go there
