Dr. Mashburn and the staff were very friendly and helped take care of my senior kitty. They addressed all of my concerns and were extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Highly recommend for anyone in need of veterinary services!
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Mashburn! Our dog has been cared for by Wakefield Vet Hospital since we brought her home as a puppy. We have had multiple unexpected visits (e.g. UTI symptoms, leg injury) and the team has worked us in same-day every time. Every team member is kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. Dr. Mashburn is thorough and supportive, never making us feel rushed to get to her next patient. She explains all procedures, test results, and medications in a way that is easy for any pet parent to understand. Today we had to make the difficult decision to let our 16 year old dog go. Pinecone had been a trusted companion and a best friend while being a longtime patient of WF vet. Dr Mashburn and her team helped us make this decision with compassion and empathy. It’s a sad day, no way to sugarcoat it, but it was time. Dr Mashburn and team thank you for the years of treatment and more importantly the help with this event. We are grateful. Mj
