While we did originally like this place a lot, it had changed quite a bit since we first started going there so we stopped going.
Seems they have new people there almost every single time we went. Then I was told by one of them they go through like a 3 month training program there then are allowed to work on patients.
They are too interested in the number of people they can push through in a day.
I spent $697 (may not be exact figure but very close to it) , that was my share after insurance’s part, on a crown only to have some inexperienced person trying to put it on, then one female dentist came to try to put it on. Right during the middle of that she was called away, then a male dentist came to get it on. It didn’t feel right. He used a grinder/sander/whatever thingy on it so it’s pretty much flat and doesn’t help with chewing at all. This dude tried to convince me that was ok. In my opinion that was slack and unprofessional. Very unsatisfied with it but who has yet another $700 to get it done again. We have been so unhappy with the service in our mouth. I mean the people are indeed very nice , just the actual caring of whether or not something is done right isn’t there. Highly disappointed. If I were you, I would find a dentist that cares about their patients not the number of patients they care push through in a day.
This next part was my original post when we first started there. What a joke! They sure had us fooled!
Our first visit was about a week ago. A very positive experience for both me and my husband. Gave us a treatment plan, yet never made us feel pressured into doing anything we didn’t want to. Let us know the best way to go about getting all of it or some of it done. Very positive experience for sure.

I’ve always had a great experience, notably with the gentleman, Stanley, who used to take care of setting me up for my next appointment. I appreciate all Village Dental has done for my teeth 😁

I went for the first time today. Alyssa was phenomenal. Nathan was receptive to my critique about giving all the instructions before the Nitro. DR. FOLEY was patient. Kind, understanding. Alicia talked about the treatment plan was equally professional. SHAUNNA was calm and personable. Mr. Chong was patient and thorough. It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist and I am 54 years old!!!

I had a great experience at village dental!! I have a ton of medical anxiety and all the hygienists, doctors and staff were super understanding and supporting. Alexis and Bethany were very caring and informative, and Drs. Foley and Chong were professional and awesome at what they do. Garrett was super helpful with insurance, forms, and patient care coordination as well!

I had a great experience people were real kind, courteous, and the assistant Alicia I think it is or Eliza she was awesome. She knows her stuff and then when a doctor come in, he looked at them. Everything was nice and smooth and I was in and out and no time I was very happy.
