I never leave reviews but after the professionalism and knowledge dump upon request I have too. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful in me finding out what is best for the path I’m trying to take. He gave honest feedback and was incredibly helpful not leading me on just so I can spend more money but instead walked me through. 10/10 I would trust my car with them.
I have a 2016 Silverado LTZ, 6.2 and I stopped by with a issue with wirh a shutter in my transmission. Brandon programmed the transmission. It shifts better, shutter is gone, and it performs better. Thanks Brandon....much appreciated. 5 stars
Velocity does great work and my experience was nothing but awesome taking my car here. They took it in right away and kept constant communication about what was being done and needed. I’d give them more then 5 stars if it was available. Thank you!
