I was called back in December the gal set me up with an appointment for Feb. 22nd. When I got to the dealership this morning they had no record of my appointment. They said that they never call and only email. Shelby gave me the option of either coming back or staying and they would try and work me in. I decided since I was already there, I would wait. Shelby and the team of technicians did an incredible job of servicing my car and getting me back on the road in about an hour. I was very happy with the service I received. Shelby was awesome. She acknowledged me as I entered the service area and no other service adviser did. She explained everything and my serviceman from Apex was awesome too. I think his name may have been Matt?? Great service!!

Outstanding!!! Every time I bring my calling for service, Shelby takes good care of me she is the main reason I come in there for service. She's always got a smile on her face and she listens to what I need and always make sure that it's taken care of absolutely! 100 % five star rated
