I lived in Robert’s unit for 7 months and overall, it was a positive experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and private, with its own entrance. It stayed warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and everything worked as expected—appliances, plumbing, heating, etc.
Robert lives upstairs, and he was always respectful and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help with something. Communication was easy, and he handled any concerns promptly and professionally.
