I had an amazing experience at this Ulta, and I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from the store manager, Earl, and the team lead, Amelia. They both went above and beyond, especially Earl, who took the time to help me with my coupon and made sure everything was taken care of.

Because of Earl and Amelia, I can honestly say that exceptional customer service still exists. They were some of the sweetest, most genuine, and helpful people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They made me feel valued as a customer from the moment I walked in.

all i’m going to say is that one stylist named Stephanie was just straight up rude leaving mid conversation without excusing herself.. 😂👎🏼 oh and not to mention she barely spoke at our “consultation” and never greeted me because she’ll rather laugh with some other client that she had before me
no she didn’t ended up doing my hair.. boo 👎🏼 and made another appointment for me to come back because apparently my hair needs to be bleach to get the hair that i showed as a inspo pic even though i’m trying to go back dark cause i’m blonde at this moment (i’m not a cosmetologist so idk if that’s right or what) but i cancelled the appointment because… read full review

I was struggling with color matching my foundation/shade and Kelly was an absolute lifesaver! She took her time, really listened to what I needed, and helped me find the perfect match without rushing me at all. Her knowledge and patience made such a difference. I highly recommend asking for Kelly if you’re in there!
