I recently ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day from her favorite florist. Unfortunately, there was a mistake and the delivery didn’t happen. When I called, it took only a short time for them to verify the issue. They were extremely apologetic and truly went above and beyond to make the situation right. They've always been great.
